Our cakes are all individual creations. While we love to recreate past cakes, we cannot promise that our cakes will be an exact replica of the photos listed here. We can promise that the cake you do receive will be similar, delicious and made with love 🌈

*Exact colour choices may not be possible. Especially with multicoloured cakes. 

Cakes can be picked up during Kynd Cakery's opening hours or by appointment only. If you opt for an appointment please note that you will need to arrive at requested time. We allow a 10 minute grace period.

OPENING HOURS:
THURSDAY, FRIDAY & SATURDAY BETWEEN 12pm & 2PM.

Delivery is available at an extra cost. This can be calculated at checkout.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Deliveries are made each day between 2pm & 4pm.
If you require a more specific time, this may incur an additional fee. Please email us in reguards to this.
*Whilst we have a tight schedule, there may be unforeseen circumstances which arise that don’t allow us to get to you within the arranged time.

UNATTENDED ADDRESS
Due to our tight schedule we are unable to wait at an unattended address. If you know you will not be home, please leave and esky out with ice bricks in it.
*Kynd Cakery will not take any responsibility for orders left unattended.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please be very adherent when sharing personal information, any wrong information could cause you to not receive your order. You will need to pay for a second delivery fee if you require us to come back out.

Refunds due to change of mind or event cancellation will not be issued unless 48 hours notice is given.
Once cakes are picked up, we can no longer accept returns.

Orders are shown upon pickup and delivery. Once accepted, Kynd Cakery no longer holds any responsibility for the order.
