Please add the "Make Any Order Nut and/or Soy Free" product to your cart as well as a customisable cake or cupcake design.
We do not currently offer LOW, NO SUGAR or REFINED SUGAR options.Please try to give 3 days notice for custom orders.
Need a cake ASAP?
We can often do last minute cakes with less than 3 days notice.
However, they do incur a minimum $15 surcharge depending on design.
These orders need to be confirmed with staff before ordering,
via phone, social media or email.
We also have the occasional extra cake, in store. Please ask staff or call aheadCakes can not be replicated, all orders are individual creations :)
*Exact colour choices may not be possible. Especially with multicoloured cakes. You can request small changes to designs but these need to be confirmed by staff before requesting.
If you want to add extras like: custom messages, gold leaf etc. There is an option to add to cart and pay if you scroll to to the bottom of the website shop. We cannot add extras for free as much as we'd love to be able to do that for you <3Cakes can be picked up during Kindest Cakery's opening hours.

OPENING HOURS: MONDAY - SATURDAY | 9AM & 2PM
Please pickup your cake between the time you request at checkout and closing time. Please call us ahead of time if you are wanting to change your pickup time.
Cakes not picked up before close will be called to confirm and then left in our After Hours Pickup Freezer, located at the front of our building.
This is not ideal for any orders that include fresh fruit or florals.
*Gates will close at 4:30pm on Monday - Friday (4pm on Saturday)
*Cakes will last up to 3 days in the fridge, glad wrap your cakebox for best results :)Delivery is available at an extra cost. This can be calculated at checkout.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Deliveries are made daily between 2:30pm & 4pm. After our bakehouse closes for the day.
If you require a more specific time, this may incur an additional fee. Please email us in regards to this.
*Whilst we have a tight schedule, there may be unforeseen circumstances which arise that don’t allow us to get to you within the arranged time.
UNATTENDED ADDRESS
Due to our tight schedule we are unable to wait at an unattended address. If you know you will not be home, please leave and esky out with ice bricks in it.
*Kindest Cakery will not take any responsibility for orders left unattended.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please be very adherent when sharing personal information, any wrong information could cause you to not receive your order. You will need to pay for a second delivery fee if you require us to come back out.Refunds due to change of mind or event cancellation will not be issued unless a minimum of 48 hours notice is given.
Once cakes are picked up, we can no longer accept returns.
Orders are shown upon pickup and delivery. Once accepted, Kindest Cakery no longer holds any responsibility for the order.
Each cake comes with a Cake Care Card that gives information on proper handling & transport.
